I have, perhaps, the largest curated collection of vintage Windsor chairs in original condition or, restored/painted condition in the region. We offer many styles that will complement your decor ranging from primitive to modern. With my inventory, I am able to offer vintage sets of 8 plus Windsor chairs by many American manufacturers, including but not limited to: D.R. Dimes, Warren Chair Works, LeMieur, Leopold Stickley, Moosehead, Old Hickory, Mitchell, Charles Webb, Hitchcock,  E. R. Circa 1980’s set of eight D. R. Dimes Windsor chairs in original black paint, rubbed into red undercoat. The chairs are showing wear to the finish, consistent with 38+ years of family use (expect the occasional ding/scratch/patina) nothing is loose or broken. Set of four 18th Century Rhode Island style period reproduction Windsor chairs. Signed by unknown maker. The chairs have widely splayed RI style bulbous turned legs, RI style squares and peaked crest rail, and hand planed seats. In original worn red wash paint. Measurements are approximately 34 1/2″ tall, seat width 17, seat height 17″, seat depth 16 1/2″. width across back 21″. Offered at $275.00 each, to be sold as set.

This D. R. Dimes Bowback Windsor Armchair is in original finish with New England vase turned leg, measures approximately 41-1/2” tall 16-1/4” front to back 25-1/4” outside arms 28-1/2” from floor to top of arm, 18” between arms. To our knowledge and observations, there has been no repairs to the chair. There is no structural damage. The chair is tight with no looseness or wobble. The chair is family used for at least 20 years. There are light scratches and dents as to be expected. Offered at $695.00.
