Shipping:

We do not offer shipping on furniture, nor do we offer shipping quotes, or make shipping arrangements.  We do not recommend any shippers.  We prefer our tables and chairs be purchased in person, on site, to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Cash

  • Venmo*(*Buyer pays 3% Venmo fee) with prior approval: If planning on using Venmo, we request that you contact us prior to your appointment.

A 6.25% Massachusetts Sales tax is collected on all sales.

 All items are sold as is, where is.  All  sales are final.  

All dimensions listed are “approximate”.  Purchaser is responsible for obtaining own measurements prior to purchasing items to ensure said furniture will “fit” .

We are not the manufacturer of the items we sell.  We sell quality vintage/used furniture. There are no warranties given or implied.  Buyer is solely responsible for inspecting merchandise prior to making purchase.

We do not offer discounts on furniture.

*Decorators Note
We do not let our furniture out on approval.

Decorators will pay cash plus 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax unless they can provide a copy of their resale certificate at time of purchase.  

Third party transactions are discouraged, you are encouraged to bring your client with you.

We do not discount to the trade.

Often we are unable to split sets.  On the occasion that we are able to divide a set, the customer will incur a 20% convenience fee.

Sold items are to be picked up within 7 days or a storage fee will be charged in the amount of $25.00 a day unless prior authorization provided by management.

Should you decide to proceed in acquiring your own shipper or moving company, please be advised that there is a $200.00 non refundable dock fee to meet with your shipper or mover. If your shipper/mover defaults and does not show at the scheduled day/time you will  incur an additional $200.00 dock fee to reschedule.
